The 7th Erhu Annual Concert
Just two strings. Yet they give rise to an infinite number of stories. The erhu is a traditional Chinese instrument beloved as the ‘violin of the East’. Its tone is warm and evocative, and is said to be the closest to the human voice.
The members of the Erhu Society, captivated by this instrument, are delighted to present their annual concert once again this year.
Under the theme of ‘Harmony Bouquet’, we will be presenting a selection of songs from various genres, woven together into a single bouquet through the sound of the erhu.
We will also be collaborating with members of the Choir Group and the Tai Chi Group.
We look forward to seeing you there.
