Selection Process

1. First Screening (Monthly)
All submitted works are reviewed each month by the Southern Cross Committee.
Two works from each category are selected and featured in the Southern Cross newsletter.
(From the February to December issues)

2. Second Screening
From the outstanding works published in the February to December issues, entries with the highest number of votes are selected.

3. Final Screening
The final winners are determined by a panel consisting of the Chairman and Vice Chair of the Southern Cross Committee, as well as sponsors.
