In Japan, we have a unique tradition of eating unagi on "Doyo no Ushi no Hi" (the Midsummer Day of the Ox) to prevent summer fatigue. 

Starting Wednesday, July 1st, Akane Restaurant is offering premium Japanese eel, carefully selected by Koihei - a renowned wholesale eel purveyor founded in 1897.

Please treat yourself to the melt-in-your-mouth texture and deep savory flavor of our eel, meticulously grilled over charcoal.

Looking a bit further ahead, Donguri Restaurant will be offering the "Unagi Stamina Set" for $28.80 over a two-day period on Saturday, July 25th & Sunday, July 26th.
