Thank you for your continued support of the Japanese Association in Singapore.

We are pleased to announce the resumption of pre-loved item collection for the charity bazaar. 

Please note that the eligible items and drop-off locations have been updated since the previous recycling bazaar. We appreciate your cooperation in reviewing the new guidelines.

1st Session:  7 March (Sat) , 10:00–14:00
2nd Session: 11 March (Wed), 10:00–14:00

*Collection of pre-loved items at the basement parking lot has been discontinued.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in no longer leaving any items in this area.

Collection items

• ■ Second-hand items (in good condition, like new) limited to the following items:

• ✔︎ Electrical appliances, children’s items, sports equipment, and tableware
• ✔︎ Other items may be accepted only if they are in excellent condition and suitable for resale

*Please ensure that all electrical appliances are in good working order before donating

• ■ New but unwanted items idle in the house

Please kindly note that following items will be excluded for safety and hygiene reasons and we are not able to accept donations.

• ✔︎ Food
• ✔︎ Liquids (including cosmetics)
• ✔︎ Hygiene products (e.g., masks, diapers, sanitary items)
• ✔︎ Sharp objects (knives, scissors, needles)

Please note that we can only accept items suitable for resale. If items are deemed unsuitable, we may kindly ask you to take it back with you.

Proceeds from the charity bazaar will be donated to local welfare facilities in Singapore and used to support Japanese-led volunteer groups, furthering our commitment to the local community. Our charity bazaar promotes the sustainable reuse of resources, contributing to a more eco-friendly and conscious society. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us support individuals and organisations in need throughout Singapore.

While the charity bazaar has traditionally been an annual event, we are excited to expand our schedule to include multiple sessions starting this year. Further details will be announced in due course. We look forward to your continued support.
