At the regular Board Meeting held on 13 March 2026, revisions to the by-laws concerning the use of facilities and the library were approved.

Details of the revisions and the latest version of the by-laws are available on the Members’ Login page of our website.

In addition, the facility usage fees (per hour) will be revised as follows:

※Please note that the Auditorium and Ballroom booking will  be 4 hours minimum.

The new fees will apply to bookings for use on or after 1 October 2026.
