Thank you for your continued support of the Japanese Association in Singapore.
Game 1 of the Best-of-Five Match of the 11th Eiō Title Match, an official professional shogi title match, will be held on Friday 3rd April at The Japanese Association in Singapore. (第11期叡王戦五番勝負第1局 シンガポール対局の前夜祭・大盤解説会の第一部販売のご案内|イベント|日本将棋連盟)
On the day of the event, a live commentary will be held in the Japanese Association Auditorium (3rd floor). We are pleased to announce that we have made additional complimentary tickets available for the live commentary session. If you wish to join the event, please apply online through our membership system. (JAS members only)
*Even if you weren't selected last time, please feel free to apply again.
- Application period: 24th March at 2pm to 26th March
If we receive a large number of applications, we may close the application early. - Online application: https://jasweb.jas.org.sg/jasems/
"Member Login" ⇒ "Course/Event Application / Event Booking" ⇒ "Event" and proceed to " EIO Title Match Large-Board Commentary Event-Complimentary Tickets" to apply. After completing your application, you will receive a notification email stating that “Your application has been accepted as waiting number”.
Please note that at this point, receipt of the invitation ticket has not been confirmed - Application restrictions:
- JAS members only, primary school students and above
- Non-transferable and prohibition of resale. The complimentary ticket only assigned specifically to one named individual and you are not allowed to transfer the ticket to a third party (We will verify your identity when you enter the auditorium).
In addition, members who are eligible for the invitation tickets will be contacted directly by our association by March 27th.
If selected, please ensure you can attend the event. We look forward to receiving your applications.
