Changes to Food & Beverage Delivery Service

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be discontinuing the delivery service for food and beverages from the 1st-floor Donguri Restaurant and Lounge to the rooms on the 4th floor due to the following reasons. Please note that as for the Keyaki Room, the delivery service will only be suspended when the Keyaki Room is used as a Karaoke Room.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Reasons for Service Suspension

1. Review of operational structure accompanying the relocation of the Lounge to the 1st floor.

2. Staff shortage at the Donguri Restaurant.

Therefore, if you require any food or drinks, we kindly ask you to purchase them at the shops below and bring them with you to your room.

Drinks ＆Snacks：Kindly purchase them at the Clubshop.

Clubshop Opening Hours: 10am - 20pm

Meal： Please use the takeout service from the Donguri Restaurant. (Last order 20:20)

Effective Wednesday, October 15th, you will be able to order Donguri food directly from your room. Please come to Donguri to pick up your order approximately 20 minutes after placing it.

Ice Set ： Ice will be provided at the Lounge on the 1st floor.

Please bring your ice bucket when you come to the Lounge for a refill.

If you need tumbler glasses, wine glasses, wine cooler, beer bucket, opener, stirrer, cooler box with ice, please let Lounge staff know in advance. 

After 8:00PM：Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Lounge.（Snacks Last Order 21:20／Drinks Last Order 22:20）

We will be selling the following beverages: bottled beer, canned highballs, Oi Ocha green tea (plastic bottle), Coca-Cola (can), bottled water, whiskey (bottle), wine (bottle), and sparkling wine (bottle).

Corkage Fee for Outside Alcoholic Beverages：Sake, Wine   $20.00 / Shochu, Whisky    $30.00

Please use the online reservation system, accessible via the entertainment facility's website, for your bookings.
