Reopening of 4th Floor Entertainment Facilities

We are pleased to announce the reopening of our 4th-floor entertainment facilities, The Game (Mahjong) Room will resume operation on Sunday, September 28th, and The Karaoke Room and Keyaki Room will resume operation on Wednesday, October 1st.

Changes to Food & Beverage Delivery Service

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be discontinuing the delivery service for food and beverages from the 1st-floor Donguri Restaurant and Lounge to the rooms on the 4th floor due to the following reasons. Please note that as for the Keyaki Room, the delivery service will only be suspended when the Keyaki Room is used as a Karaoke Room.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Reasons for Service Suspension

1. Review of operational structure accompanying the relocation of the Lounge to the 1st floor.

2. Staff shortage at the Donguri Restaurant.

End Date of Service

The service will end on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

Therefore, if you require any food or drinks, we kindly ask you to purchase them at the shops below and bring them with you to your room.

Drinks ＆Snacks：Kindly purchase them at the Clubshop.

Effective Wednesday, October 15th, operating hours will be extended, and the new closing time will be 20:00.

We will be installing a mini bar fridge in each of the Karaoke Rooms and Mahjong Rooms on Tuesday, October 2nd. Please feel free to use them.

Meal： Please use the takeout service from the Donguri Restaurant. (Last order 20:30)

Effective Wednesday, October 15th, you will be able to order Donguri food directly from your room. Please come to Donguri to pick up your order approximately 20 minutes after placing it.

Ice Set：Until Wednesday, October 15th, this service will be provided at the Lounge on the first floor.

Please come to the Lounge if you need an ice refill. Starting October 15th (Wednesday), ice will be available at the Akane Restaurant instead. Please bring your ice bucket when you come to the restaurant for a refill.

After 8PM：Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Lounge.（Snacks Last Order 21:20／Drinks Last Order 22:20）

We will be selling the following beverages: bottled beer, canned highballs, Oi Ocha green tea (plastic bottle), Coca-Cola (can), bottled water, whiskey (bottle), wine (bottle), and sparkling wine (bottle).

Please use the online reservation system, accessible via the entertainment facility's website, to make your bookings.
