Terms and Conditions:

• Booking is Strictly for Email only, No last minute booking allowed. We will require your

member to make booking at our email: sales@thktour.com with JAS member ID or any

member prove JAS

• Package valid for minimum 2 pax to go. Less than that there will be additional charge for transportation

• Week days: Monday to Friday; Weekends; Saturday, Sunday & Singapore Public Holidays

• Reservation should be reserve with THK at least 72 hours (3 days) before the guest' arrival date (including peak period and Singapore public holidays)

• Reservation during the Normal season should be reserved with THK at least 48 hours (2 days) before the guest's arrival date.

• For Cancellation or reschedule due to an emergency issue, member must present the JAS membership card for verification as the actual booking customer.

• Customer Miss Ferry/No show Strictly Not Allowed for refund or cancellation for the ticket.
