CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in is at 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. The Hotel will make considerable efforts to accommodate early arrivals. Should guest wish to occupy the room before 2:00 pm, we recommend placing a reservation a night prior to their arrival date.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out is at 11:00 am on day of departure. If the room is required till 6:00 pm, a half-day charge on the agreed rate is applicable. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be at full day charge and is subject to availability.
BLACK-OUT DATES
Please note that the Preferred Contracted Room Rates will not be applicable during the below close- out dates (all dates inclusive) due to city-wide convention events. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

**For Singapore Grand Prix, pre-payment is required 30 days prior to guest arrival and all modifications (including cancellations & no shows during the event period) will be charged accordingly.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, failing which a cancellation charge of one night's tariff of the total room blockage will be imposed.
CANCELLATION FOR BLACK-OUT-DATES BOOKINGS
Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the day of arrival, failing which cancellation charge for the whole duration booked will be imposed.
CANCELLATION FOR SINGAPORE F1 2025 PERIOD
For stay dates that coincides with the Singapore F1 period, cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival, failing which cancellation charge for the whole duration booked will be imposed including no-shows.
GUARANTEED BOOKINGS & PAYMENT MODE
All confirmed bookings are guaranteed by each individual guest or corporate company via a credit card.
These bookings are held on a definite basis and any cancellation or no show to be informed to the hotel less than 48 hours, a one (1) night room charge will be imposed without notice by the Hotel. Rooms held for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
All bookings must be made with given credit card details to guarantee the bookings. Should guest room charge is to be billed to the company, the company must be liable for the room charges, or any other charges advised on the billing instructions. Should guest's room charge is to be paid by third party, the 3rd party credit card authorization form must be filled and reverted to hotel prior to guest's arrival.
A refundable deposit payment of $100.00nett per night required upon check-in for incidental or damage charges and to be refunded upon check-out.
We trust that the arrangements are in order. As a gesture of acceptance, we would appreciate a signed & stamped copy of this letter on or before Monday, 09 December 2024.
The contracted rates will take effect upon your acceptance. We understand the undersigned is empowered to agree to and accept to the terms and conditions of this letter.
