SECURITY & INSURANCE 

ECDC does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property left on the premises prior to, during or after the visit. It is the Client’s responsibility to insure for all items in their possession should it be deemed necessary. Valuable or rare items should be insured separately and/or guarded. It is at ECDC’s discretion to require evidence that the items are adequately insured and that the policy includes a public liability clause.

DAMAGE 

The Client is financially responsible for any loss or damaged equipment sustained to ECDC property including hire clubs and golf carts if billed to the master account during the visit. The Client must reimburse the costs of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of ECDC.

LIABILITY 

Subject to its liability, ECDC will not be liable or responsible for any golf club, jewellery, luggage, clothing or other property of the Client brought into ECDC by the Client.

CLAIMS 

ECDC and Managers of ECDC shall not be liable for any claim for personal injuries (including death) to any person in connection with the visit or for any claim, charges and expenses whatsoever except any claims which may arise as a result of the negligence of ECDC or Managers of ECDC or their representatives. The Client agrees to indemnify ECDC and Managers of ECDC against any claims arising for such personal injuries.

GENERAL 

ECDC reserves the right to eject any persons from the premises who are considered objectionable.

The Client shall not bring, or be allowed to bring food and beverage from outside ECDC for consumption during the visit to ECDC.
