Introduction:

The Picture Book and Paper Book Association started in 1983 with five members, and to date, about 180 members have been involved.

Our first activity, Saturday's storytelling, is reading picture books and picture-story shows with hand-playing songs. At the time of Hinamatsuri and Children's Day, we sing songs and make simple productions, and we also value seasonal events in Japan, which tend to be unfamiliar in Singapore. At the children's story meeting held twice a year, we are thinking about and holding performances that will please children, centering on large picture books and large picture-story shows. All the members are looking forward to seeing the children's glittering smiles.
