- How to apply for courses

Course registration can be done online on our website. No call-in or FAX registration is accepted.
Online registration opens from 09:00 .Payment・Important points to take note
- Please check the course information and schedule when registering online. (The course details are subject to change.)
- The course and material fees (80% of the material fees for cooking courses) will incur if you cancel the course after the deadline.
- Please make a cancellation online one week before the course starts.
- The course fees are subject to GST. The course fees will be on the Monthly Statement.
- The course may be canceled if it doesn’t meet the minimum number of participants. If your course is canceled, the person in charge will contact you.
- No children allowed in the course unless permitted.
- Please check the confirmation email after registration. Depending on your email provider, the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder or may not be delivered at all. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the admin staff or front desk as soon as possible.
- If you wish to sign up for auto-renewal for your course, please register at the Frost Desk (2F) before online registration for the next term opens. (Applicable courses only)
- We might check your membership card for verification.

Q: Can I book a course before the course registration opens?
A: No. We take on a first-come-first-served basis from the course registration opening date.
Q: Who can register for the course?
A: JAS members only. Non-members or member’s families from overseas cannot register for the course.
Q: How do I register for the course?
A: Online registration starts at 09:00 am on the day that registration opens.
Q: How do I cancel the course?
A: You can make a cancellation online.
Q: Can I register on my friend’s behalf?
A: Yes. This is possible provided the applicant's signature is present on the form. Since this is a special arrangement, please make a contact the course administrator at the office.
Q: How do I pay the course fee?
A: The course fee will be on the Monthly Statement. Please make payment by cash or NETS within 21 days from the Monthly Statement issue date.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: No.
Q: How can I check the availability of the course?
A: You can check the course status online on our website.
Q: Can I take the course if I am under the recommended age?
A: No.
Q: Can I still register when it’s already halfway into the course?
A: No. Registration will not be accepted after the course starts, so please wait until the next course starts.
Q: I want to know if the course will be held.
A: You can check the course status online on our website. Furthermore, should the course be cancelled, the person in charge will contact you. Therefore, unless you receive notification, please attend on the scheduled date.
Q: I am on waiting list now. How do I know if I am registered to the course?
A: You can check the course status online on our website. You will receive a notification email once you are successfully registered for the course. Please check your status online and in your email.
Q: Can I bring my children to the course?
A: No, unless permitted. (Stated if children are allowed)
Q: Will I be refunded if I cancel the course halfway?
A: No.
