SJ60 Japan Association Hall Renewal Event
The Tea Ceremony Group will host a Tea Ceremony and a Matcha making Experience.

Saturday, 22 November – Tea Ceremony

Tea will be served by members of the Tea Ceremony Group.
Three sessions are available:

Time: 12:40 / 13:40 / 14:40 (15 participants per session)

Sunday, 23 November – Matcha making Experience

Try making and enjoying matcha yourself.

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (free entry within the time slot)

Capacity: 45 participants

Tickets for both events will be available at the 2nd floor front desk of the Japan Association starting from November 3.
The events will be held at the Tea Room on the 4th floor of the Japan Association.　Each ticket is priced at 10 dollars.
Payment by cash or PayNow is accepted.
Please prepare the exact amount if paying by cash.

Notes

22 November (Tea Ceremony)

• Tickets are time-specific and cannot be changed after purchase.

• Tickets become invalid if you miss your reserved session time.

23 November (Matcha Experience)

• Entry may be limited depending on crowd conditions.

Both Days

• Please bring socks (no stockings).

• Tickets are non-refundable.
