The Yang style is one of the five major styles of tai chi and it consists of slow continuous, soft and circular movements in a flowing form. Mr. Khoo, who has many years of experience in coaching Yang-style Taichi is advisor of our group as well as instructor of Yang-style Taichi class at JAS.

Every week we practice various forms; 24 forms, 18 forms, 13 forms, 108 forms, Gong Fu Fan, Taichi Fan 30 forms, Taichi Fan 42 forms, Kuai Quan and etc.
