The Japanese Association is requesting our members attendance reply for the Annual General Meeting (tentatively on 22 March 2018). The reply system will be accessible through the e-mail that will be sent to you.
Corporate members, different from Nominee members, will have their representative handle the general meeting notice as he/she has a right to vote in the Annual General Meeting. For your representative to use our reply system, please have your representative register or update his/her email.
Also, contact details and agendas of the Annual General Meeting will also be updated on our homepage from January 2018. Please keep a look out on our homepage.
