6月1日（月）に始まった第2期改造工事は9月8日（火）にほぼ完了しました。工事は、フロントオフィス（1Ｆ）、インフォメーションセンター（1Ｆ）、クリニック（1～2Ｆ）、ボールルーム（2Ｆ）、フィットネスセンター（3Ｆ）、ファンクションルーム１（3Ｆ）、コンピュータルーム（3Ｆ）で行なわれました。
　クリニックはレントゲン室が2階から1階に移動し、1階は今までばらばらだった施設が健康診断用スペースとして統一されました。2階のスペースは今まで通り医療相談室と治療室、薬局、事務局が配備されています。明るく、機能性の高いクリニックになりました。
　ボールルームは空調機の入れ替え工事を進めるに合せて、天井、壁紙、カーペット、アコーディオンドアを新しくしました。日本の色彩が濃く見られる明るいボールルームになりました。
　フィットネスセンターはスペースを広げ、２分して二つのスタジオに生まれ変わりました。一部屋は防音装置を備えた音楽関係の練習室です。スタジオをご利用の際は、必ず土足を入口横の靴入れに入れて下さい。
　

　ファンクションルーム１は、木目の床に張り替え、部屋が明るくなりました。部屋の片面を全面鏡張りにしてあります。今まで1階フロントオフィス横にあった同好会レターボックスを入口横に設置いたしました。
　コンピュータルームは、３階クッキングルーム向かいに移動し、スペースを縮小いたしました。すべてのコンピュータが新しくなりました。（Windows Vista MS Office 2007）。今まで同様、コンピュータクラスが開催されてない時は、9am～9pmまでコンピュータルームを会員の方に開放し、インターネットも無料でお楽しみいただけます。入室の際は、ノートに記名をお願い致します。
　会員の皆様には今までに増して是非こうした施設を御利用いただきたいと思います。第３期改造工事は、来年初旬から行われる予定で、クラブショップやどんぐりレストランが対象です。

　The second phase renovation works which started on 1 June were completed on 8 Sep. The Front Office (1F), Information Centre (1F), Clinic (1F~2F), Ballroom (2F), Fitness Centre (3F), Function Room 1 (3F), Computer Room (3F) were given a new facelift.
　The Clinic’s Radiography Room is relocated from the second floor to first floor. The space on the first floor will be utilized solely for health checkup. Consultation rooms, pharmacy and office are still located on the second floor.
　The air conditioner, ceiling, wall paper, carpet, accordion doors in the Ballroom are replaced with new ones.
　Floor area of the Fitness centre is expanded and split into 2 studios. One of the rooms is soundproof and used for music-related practices. Please remove your shoes before entering the studios.
　Function Room 1 is replaced with timber flooring and installed with full-length mirror on one of the walls. The social clubs’ mailboxes are also shifted to the corridor outside Function Room 1.
　Computer room is relocated to the last room on the third floor and reduced in size. All the computers are upgraded to Vista. The computer room is open to all members when computer lessons are not conducted. Free internet surfing is available but members are required to register their names on the log book near the entrance.
　We hope you will utilize the newly added-on facilities. The third phase of renovation for clubshop and Donguri restaurant is scheduled to commence in early 2010.
